As a Communication Manager for our Nordic markets, you are responsible for the daily communications of the Centre to enable to provide an excellent Customer Service experience to all our customers. As a part of the Centre Management team, you support and inspire your colleagues by being a specialist in communication.
You will also work closely with the global communication team and lead a team of communication specialists who will be your direct reports.
Your responsibilities
As Communication Manager, your main responsibility is dedicated to communication within your Centre and also towards our customers within Customer Service;
• Lead, develop and inspire a team of Communication specialists
• Establish and follow up a way of working with the Communication team that ensures excellent Customer Service
• Constantly secure and follow-up that we have excellent communication in place for all our Nordic Customers
• Make sure that your team communicates all relevant information effectively to the correct stakeholders
• Support the operational functions with focus on communication to improve performance
• Inspire employees about fashion, sales and excellent Customer Service
• Represent a global mind-set concerning communication in the Centre
• You are a specialist in how to communicate - advise people in the appropriate channel, audience and information
• Communicate decisions in a timely and structured way
• Communicate company goals, information and expectations in a clear and inspiring way
• Collaborate with the Global Communication Manager to ensure a uniformed way of communication
Your skills
• A degree in Communication or similar relevant educational background/job experience
• Leadership experience
• An excellent role model, with a humble mindset, who lives up to the H&M values
• An analytical mindset
• A passion for excellent Customer Service
• A capacity for strategic thinking and planning as well as decision making
• A positive and coaching attitude, and a willingness to develop yourself and others
• A team player but also comfortable working independently
• Flexible and can cope with high workload as well as work to tight deadlines
• Excellent in English, both written and spoken
