Your future responsibilities
As a
Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your contribution, growth

You’ll join
Group Compliance Monitoring and one of either the Financial Crime Assurance team or the Conduct Risk Assurance team within Group Risk & Compliance,
where we support the Bank to
be compliant with external laws, rules and regulations as well as our internal
control framework.
In this Graduate
position you’ll work with:
- Performing assurance projects as a
project leader, subject matter expert or as a team member with risk and control
design analyses, testing and reporting with recommendations on risk mitigating
actions
- Performing quality assurance activities
to ensure high quality assurance projects
- Supporting Business Area Compliance
Officers in assurance related issues
- Active communication and stakeholder
management
- Participating and contributing in the
Group Compliance risk assessment and planning process
The role in the Financial Crime Assurance team is based in Oslo or Copenhagen, and
the role in the Conduct Risk Assurance team is based in Stockholm.

Further, you have:
- A Master’s degree
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
If you have taken courses or written specific
thesis within the Money Laundering, Terror Financing, Tax evasion area or
similar working experience combating financial crime this is an advantage, but
not a requirement. In similar, if you
have any courses or thesis within the space of conduct area such as creating
customer value, treating customer fairly or working experience in a customer
facing environment this is an advantage, but not a requirement.
