Your future responsibilities
Digital Wealth was established in Nordea’s
Asset and Wealth Management in May 2018 with the ambition to become the leading
provider of digital wealth solutions in Europe. However, our digital journey started
quite some time ago and has already delivered many important capabilities, such
as the advisory service Nora and online savings capabilities.
Our offer includes
digital services within savings, investments and pensions, and robot advice.
The ambition is to constantly develop solutions and services to meet our
customers’ needs, and this we do by always being innovative, exploring
possibilities with AI, machine learning and fintech, and by collaborating with
specialists within, UX/CI and IT development.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactive data & analytics driven marketing & sales: reach the right persons with the right message at the right time
- Lifecycle marketing strategies that will drive Reach, Act, Care
- Marketing automation: 1:1 messages, "always-on" campaigning, A/B testing, nudging messages
- Drive, track, measure, analyse and improve campaigns ROI
- Growth Management: live at the intersection of marketing and product development
- Growing sustainable revenue and profits as a core objective by defining growth plan, co-ordinate and execute growth programs and optimise the revenue funnel
- Cross-functional integration with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations to design and execute growth activities throughout the product development cycle
- Behavioural Finance: make it easy for customers to make savings decisions that improves financial health
- Personalised nudging that builds trust and empathy in digital customer relationships
- Financial health, suitability checks, online motivators & guidance tools
- Customer journey driven activities, incl. digital wealth academy and bite-size educational messages
The role is based in any of the Nordic
capitals. Welcome to a newly established team with the objective to define
Digital Wealth's growth plan, to coordinate and execute growth programs and
creative tactics, and to optimize the customer and user acquisition,
activation, retention, and upsell to achieve growth goals.

Your profile and background:
- A Master’s degree or related education
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, marketing analytics, digital sales.
- Data-geek with a clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.
- Curious, creative and you're relentless in pursuit of growth
