You´ll join one of these
teams:
Marketing & Communication
within Investment Center, where we, together with the
business units within the wealth area, develop and run the marketing, events
and PR. We operate in close cooperation with central Group Marketing and Group
Communication.
In this Graduate position you’ll work with:
- Translate business needs / challenges into marketing activities
- Proactively develop the way we work with marketing solutions in order to improve the customer experience and to get more bang for the buck.
- Developing and delivering on the marketing plan, developing content, publishing in digital channels and analyzing results.
- Content management related to marketing activities
- Individually and as a team member, drive initiatives from idea to follow up.
The
role is based in Stockholm.
Strategy & Propositions in Business Banking,where we set out the
strategic direction to develop our customer offering and the way we do business
with Nordea’s corporate clients. You will be part of a team that contribute to
build thought leadership around entrepreneurships in the Nordics and how we as
a bank can support our customers journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop marketing and communication strategies and plans to deliver on business targets
- Support on building our platform where we interact with and make impact on society by community engagement and forming the sustainability agenda
- Drive communication change initiatives internally and storytelling to build pride among employees
- Develop our digital channel capabilities using data to increase performance and impact of marketing activities

Your profile and
background:
- A Master’s degree
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills, advantage of Swedish skills
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks under strict deadlines
- Passionate about writing and good at facilitating workshops or engaging meetings
- Desire to make our brand stand out beyond expectations
