Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your contribution, growth and enjoyment while Nordea will empower you to continuously explore, learn and adapt.
 
You’ll join the Payments and Liquidity Management Solutions Unit in Transaction Banking, where we are the Product Managers and Experts for payments and liquidity within the Cash Management area. We are delivering on product lifecycle management including for example ensuring product profitability, product development and go-to-market activities.
 
In Payments and Liquidity Management Solutions we are looking for two graduates. One with a focus on Liquidity management and one with a focus on Payments solutions.
 
In your positions you will:
 
  • Working with our Sales and service organizations to make sure that customer needs are understood and managed for our product portfolio
  • Translating market developments and customer needs into new features
  • Working with the IT organization to deliver new features
  • Delivering product documentation used internally and externally
  • Being a driver (internal project manager) and analyst for tasks and assignments with the purpose of improving our products
The role in the Liquidity Management Team is located in Copenhagen and the role in the Payments Solution Team is located in Stockholm. Welcome to a truly Nordic team where we deliver strong liquidity and payments products to Nordea’s corporate customers.

Your profile and background:
 
  • A Master’s degree
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
In addition, we believe that you also have/are:
 
  • A driver mentality and can-do attitude
  • Outgoing and thriving with managing a large network of stakeholders
  • Analytical skills as well as a customer-oriented approach as you will be in the intersection between Sales/customer, IT and Product teams
