Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be
taking ownership of your contribution, growth and enjoyment while Nordea will
empower you to continuously explore, learn and adapt.
You will join Group People, where we serve all Nordea employees and leaders in people related matters such
as: Recruitment, leadership support, talent development, rewards,
organisational development, etc. This is done through principles and processes
that we continuously strive to improve so that we can deliver world class
people management support.
As Graduate you will
rotate between different departments within Group People to gain broad
experience within the area, you will be working with:
- Contribute to the Annual People wheel during rotations
- Support and participate in strategic group projects
- Drive own processes
The role can be based
in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Stockholm or Oslo with colleagues based around the
Nordics. You will be joining an ambitious and performance driven organisation
that enjoys having fun at the same time.

Your profile and
background:
We are looking for a proactive, passionate and talented Graduate with
strong interpersonal skills. You are structured, detailed oriented and have
natural curiosity to understand the business and the value chain. You have a
passion for people and people management.

Master’s degree
- A
maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent
English language skills
- Proven
strong analytical skills
- Excel and
PowerPoint skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
