We are looking for a Senior Business Risk Manager into a group wide Third Party & Outsourcing Risk Management (TPRM) Competence Centre.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Global Business Risk Implementation and Support (BRIS), where we aim to take risk management in Nordea to the next level by centralising common processes and aligning the way we work with the management of non-financial risks, such as compliance and operational risks in Nordea.
Third Party and Outsourcing Risk Management unit consists of TPRM Competence Centre and TPRM Development team. Together with our many stakeholders, we will transfer TPRM to a specialist risk service that helps business areas to reach their goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support business by providing high quality risk assessments on third parties in fast developing risk areas such as information security, compliance, and sustainability
- Provide expertise on third party risk management (TPRM) risk assessments, controls, key risk indicators, mitigation actions, risk acceptances + ongoing monitoring
- Provide proactive end-user guidance in TPRM related end-to-end process navigation (Cloud, Procurement, Sourcing, Vendor management etc) and related tools
- Organize and participate in QRA sessions and ensure follow up on the agreed actions
- Drive continuous monitoring of Third Party risks during contract life-cycle
- Develop and provide management intelligence supporting material on Third Party and outsourcing risks
- Contribute to developing Nordea's third party risk management practice in alignment with global peers by participating in various development initiatives
- Develop own working processes and continuously interact with your colleagues to secure fast progress in TPRM improvements in practice

Your profile and background:
- Relevant university degree e.g. law, finance, economics or similar
- Experience of the end-to-end non-financial risk management and risk management processes
- Excellent skills in English - written and spoken
- You have strong communication skills and ability to present yourself to different audiences
- You are service-oriented and structured and able to navigate in complex environment
- As part of your TPRM manage role, you are willing to develop yourself into a champion in two or more of specific risk areas, e.g. Information security risk, Compliance risk, Sustainability risk, Business Continuity risk, Financial Health risk, Reputational risk etc
- You are passionate about improving both end-user experience and regulatory compliance
- Preferred: several years of experience working on risk assessments within various risk frameworks
- Preferred: experience from banking business, procurement and outsourcing
