Business Solution Analyst (BSA), Business Development – H&M i Stockholm

Business Development is responsible for collecting, planning, driving and doing the follow-up of the Business Developments initiatives. Focus for the organization is cross functional development. We want to create simplified and unified prioritization and steering and set an even stronger focus on customer experience.
 
Business Development works cross-functional and covering business development globally for H&M groups +60 online markets and our +4.600 stores with the mission to continuously improve and modernize the customer experience. 

We are now looking for Business Solution Analysts acting as a Product Owner (PO) for area Product & Merch. The Product Owner is a member of an Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.

 
Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

• Solution, technology, and team facing. 
• Contributes to vision, roadmap and content presentation of the program backlog. 
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories 
• Maintain and own the team backlog.
• Clearly communicate the business requirements to the team by define iteration and stories.
• Build and maintain a relationship with stakeholders 
• Establish story acceptance criteria. 
• Accepts stories as done.
• Coordinates dependencies with other PO. 
• Understands enabler work, not expected to drive technology decision but are supposed to understand the scope of upcoming enabler work and to collaborate with system and solution architects. 
•  Participates in team demo and retrospective.
• Shares content authority with Program manager
  

We expect that you have:

• Experience from working in an Agile delivery environment
• Experience from prioritizing backlog
• Experience form Mobile APP development.
•  Strong customer focus and commercial thinking
•   Knowledge about IT systems, organization and processes within a retail business.
• Structured and strong planning and executing skills together with a “can-do attitude” and a self-motivating way of working
• A degree in business and/or engineering
• Easy and clear way of communicating
• The ability to see the big picture as well as seeking business opportunities
•  Experience from requirement management.
