Your future responsibilities

We are looking for five Graduates to fill positions in three Group Finance & Treasury units:
One Graduate position within Group Financial Management, Stockholm
Within Group Financial Management (GFM), we support top management in leading Nordea towards long-term value creation, and act as a catalyst for strategic action and change. We do this through finance business partnering supported by recurring result analyses, peer-group and financial deep-dive reviews, driving financial planning, facilitating strategy coordination, and driving efficiency and performance management projects.
In this Graduate position you will:
- Analyse Group, Business Area and Business Unit level financials and forecasts to identify trends, areas of under- and outperformance, etc.
- Prepare management presentation and documentation materials summarising the facts and conclusions of the analysis performed
- Collaborate with other members in the GFM teams, other teams in Group Finance & Treasury and Business leaders to deliver analysis and recommendations
- Consolidate financial and non-financial information received from Business Areas and Business Units
Welcome to a high-performing and collaborative team working close to the Group CFO and Business Area executives over the full range of financial management tasks – performance analysis, financial planning and financial governance.
Two Graduate positions within Group Treasury and Asset Liability Management, Copenhagen and Stockholm
Being part of Group Treasury & ALM will provide you
with the opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Nordea Group and understand
the role that Treasury plays within the largest Nordic Bank. You will be part
of an energetic environment and working with strategy related to Nordea’s
balance sheet, with focus on capital, liquidity and funding operations.
In these Graduate positions you’ll:
- Participate and contribute to strategic projects and
initiatives
- Assist in conducting analyses
- Assist in developing communication material and
presentations for TALM management
- Support in driving our strategic transformation and
change agenda
Two Graduate positions in the CFO Office, Copenhagen and Stockholm
When joining the CFO Office, you will be part of a collaborative team driving the overall strategic agenda and transformation of Group Finance & Treasury.
In this Graduate position, you´ll:
- Participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
- Assist in conducting analyses
- Contribute to the development of communication material and presentations for the CFO and Group Finance
- & Treasury management
- Support in driving our finance transformation and change agenda

- A Master’s degree – preferably including a degree, or studies, in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Mathematics
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Analytical with an eye for detail, understanding of complex structures, good perception and accuracy
- Pro-active, structured and communicative team player
- Excellent English language skills - written and spoken
