Your future responsibilities
You
will be joining Global Business Risk Implementation & Support, where
we have an overall responsibility for the monitoring and mitigation of
non-financial risks within Nordea. As a part of first line of defence, we
support the business organisations in all non-financial risks and
compliance-related matters.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively producing, driving and developing key non-financial risk reports to top management across the Group
- Providing statistical analyses and interpretation of data sets
- Engaging stakeholders through clear communication, managing their understanding, expectations and involvement
- Continuously delivering on the many incoming ad-hoc requests
- Various management activities related to non-financial risks
The role can be based in either Copenhagen, Stockholm,
Helsinki, Oslo or in one of our nearshore offices in Poland. Welcome to a unit
that helps Nordea’s top management tackle Non-financial risks through proactive
issue management support and focused reporting.

Your profile and background:
- Academic degree, Bachelor’s degree is a minimum
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in producing Management Information and hands-on experience in working with analytics/business intelligence tools
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong skills in Excel
