The focus as project manager will be heading on developing the administration and meetings around the main isues as the new patent portfolio and design protection at the same time we need more foundings for building our first production units. You are willing to start from almost the ground level and then follow the company to the exit plan in 3-5 years where you make your choice to go or stay.

HOME CARE 

The need and demand that I discovered are significantly larger than I imagined and in order to succeed, I need to shape a team that can meet the market from almost zero to becoming a globally active company within 3-5 years. The world is global and we all have the same human needs why I ask you who have a broad experience of the possibilities of finding suitable partners here at startup and in developing countries. The team needs to cooperate with all between designers to lawyers and CEOs. 

The concept is taking off today, enabling older people to manage themselves, and at the same time, the healthcare professionals and relatives can save their backs due to heavy lifting and have a significantly better working environment. At the same time as healthcare providers need to save money in a sector that is in a very strong expansion phase in the Nordic region, which is thought to be a test market.

It started with a multi-function shower handle with built-in soap and is now instead of several new products ergonomic designed for entire wet room environments that more meet the actual needs of today. In a whole new way, everybody experiences as positive in the food chain, ranging from the users to purchases and staff.

IP protection and prototypes are taken in parallel and I want to implement people early in the process that can add the concept to further height in usability, ergonomics, design, business sense, industry adaptation for architects, clients, and users, so we can have a thoughtful structure on the company and its focus even on the cycle of thinking about the climate.

I myself am more of a serial contractor with ideas that become restless when everything just works and who love to enthusiastic the surroundings and then leave the relay bars, and with the new cash register, start the next idea to be realized. With my intention to be realized beyond what I thought was possible this time. After a few years of abstinence from corporate construction due to one "Suddenly, the feeling of a traffic accident happens, I want to take the step now and create the future.

In 2019 are we heading for a contract for proof of concept by traditional development project with seeking an affordable way of a solution today?

All retirement homes need upgrading to the 2000's standard and germination opportunities for all parties in a very positive way for the increased quality of life and work environment, including security threats that also include accident risks such as avoiding unnecessarily heavy lifting.
