Traitly is a productivity tool for customer support and customer success organisations. We connect the platforms organisations leverage internally, enabling them to search and capture knowledge, wherever they work instantly. Who we’re looking for
While the title of this role is "Business Development (Intern)", you will need to be able to wear a few hats. You should be comfortable with proactively reach out to potential customers through a high volume of emails, preparing customer demos, talking to customers, identifying and researching prospects via online channels (for example, LinkedIn and Clearbit), and identifying the needs of customers based on observation and interaction. We have excellent in-house customer prospecting and intelligence gathering technologies that you will work with day-to-day.
