Responsibilities / About the job
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and a reliable Payment Infrastructure
- Integration of transaction based solutions. (May include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
- Identify bottlenecks, security concerns, as well as performance issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization and automatizations
- Be active in the tech community, watching related open source projects
- Aware of security alerts and issues connected to TLS, AWS, DNS, etc.
Desired Skills
- Experience with OO development
- Experience from backend development in Ruby, PHP, Go, .NET or similar
- Solid understanding of secure development
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as React/Ember/Angular, HTML5, and CSS3
- Used to produce unit- and integration tests
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
- You like to ship high-quality, secure and performant products
- Solution oriented approach on challenges
Desired Experience
- Front End design (CSS/HTML5/JavaScript/) is a big plus.
- Experience with larger systems, architecture, AWS, DevOps
- IT project planning is a plus
