Om tjänsten
Management Trainee at EidraWorking at Eidra
Eidra is a consultancy group of specialist companies in management consulting, technology and creativity. Around 1,500 of us across the Nordics, Benelux, the UK, DACH and the US help clients go all the way from strategy to implementation. We are on a continuous growth journey, and need talented people as we continue to expand.
Working at Eidra means being close to the decisions, owning real work and helping shape where the group goes next.
Role description
Want to be part of running a group like Eidra?
As Management Trainee, you will spend two years working alongside our Group CEO and group management in Stockholm. You'll take part both in the day-to-day running of the group and in longer-term strategic work: M&A, matters related to our board and owners, and initiatives that span our companies and countries. Exactly what that looks like depends on what the group needs at the time, and on what you bring.
During the programme, you will
- Work directly with the Group CEO and group management, taking part in decisions and in carrying them out
- Run your own workstreams, with the mandate to see them through
- Have senior colleagues who invest real time in how you grow
- Stay close to operations across our companies, not just the strategy
- Learn M&A hands-on, from screening and due diligence to how companies develop after joining the group
- Get instant exposure to our board, owners and investors
The role grows with you, shaped by your strengths and interests along the way. After two years you move on to a new role in the group, at Eidra or at one of our companies, in Sweden or abroad.
What we are looking for
You are:
- Self-driven and comfortable taking initiative without a detailed brief
- Analytical and structured, but just as happy picking up the phone to get things moving
- Curious about how businesses grow, through strategy, M&A and operations
- A clear communicator, in writing and in person, in both Swedish and English
Your background:
- In the final year of a degree in engineering or business, graduating in 2027
- Experience from work alongside your studies, time abroad or leadership roles is a plus
We'd also love to hear from you if you are a builder leaning into the technical side of AI, whether you've built things with it in your studies, in a startup or just out of curiosity. You don't need a technical background to apply - what matters is that you're keen to explore how new tools can change the way we work.
How to apply
Send your CV and a short cover letter telling us why this role appeals to you. The process has three steps:
- A digital meeting with our current Management Trainee.
- An assessment day at our office in Stockholm, with exercises such as a business case, a guesstimate and an interview.
- A final interview with management.
We review applications on a rolling basis, so don't wait to apply.
Application deadline: 13 November 2026
