We offer you to be a part of a multi-disciplinary team that is operating from Hamburg and Stockholm. You will within cross locational teams support the business units in BA Markets with financial reporting, planning, performance steering and follow up. At the moment we have high focus on further automation and implementation of leaner controlling processes.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
• Monthly financial reporting and quarterly forecasting
• Participate in target setting process and follow up of plans
• Proactively develop and improve the business area from a business controller perspective with regards to data capture, analysis, processes, benchmarking, KPIs etc
• Act as first contact for business for all finance related questions. Bridge to the accounting function.
• Support the local management with various decision support information, analysis and reports
• Participate in projects and development activities both with regards to controlling processes as well as business processes and performance.
We are looking for a person with a Bachelor in Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering or suchlike. We want you to have several years of experience from energy or commodity markets or bank sector within controlling, risk management, business development, analysis or similar competence areas. As we believe a controller team with a good mix of competences and experiences can perform better, we appreciate for this position applicants with experiences from working within or closely connected to business operations. You are a fast learner, looking for efficiency and like to drive change. You are a good communicator that enjoys working close to business and management with the ambition to support business performance.
You have strong analytical skills and advanced user competence from relevant IT tools, such as MS Office tools, Power BI, Cognos, Endur/RepDB and SAP. A proactive approach is essential as well as drive with a sense of urgency. You are a team player with pronounced social skills. Experiences from financial analysis as well as from Vattenfall financial reporting systems and processes are valuable.
You are fluent in English, both orally and written, and are experienced in general management reporting
