Receptionist sökes till ett vandrarhem

Arbetsbeskrivning:

Apart from the usual Reception duties checking in/out
our guests, making/dealing with bookings, answering inquiries and emails
quickly and giving advice on what things to see and do in Stockholm,
you need to be able to deal with issues/ complaints that might arise, be
able to multitask and be able to read people. You need to have
excellent customer service skills, love to socialize and always enjoy
helping people out in a professional manner.

- Must be flexible with shifts which could involve morning, evening and night duty.

- Able to work weekdays/weekends and occasionally on public holidays.

The position starts off with training for the first two weeks with training pay 110 SEK/ per hour.
