Funding, Capital & Resolution team within Group Legal Strategy &

Your future responsibilities
You will take on the role as Senior Legal Counsel
in the Funding, Capital & Resolution unit within Group Legal Strategy &
Execution where we contribute with our expertise and commitment to ensure the
continued success of the treasury & asset and liability management
activities of Nordea. The team is also passionate about its work towards
recovery and resolution planning.
What
you’ll be doing:
- Setting up robust and comprehensive funding,
capital and other arrangements
- Advising on investments, securitisations and other complex structures
from start to finnish
- Playing a role in the expanding universe of green finance
- Ensuring regulatory recognition and integrity
- Being tested by complex and exciting challenges
The role is based in Stockholm Welcome to a Nordic

Your
profile and background:
- Perceptive, courageous and curious
- Strong sense of ownership and drive
- Proven ability to find or create right solutions to complex problems
- Master’s degree in law
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience in working with financial regulations is an
advantage
