We are looking for a Trade Finance Customer Specialist (TFCS) who wants to contribute by enabling high qualitative service to our customer by having a positive customer mind-set, strong drive and experience in handling of Documentary Credit. This is an opportunity for you to work in a cross border working environment with high customer focus, great team spirit as well as an opportunity to influence the continuing development of Nordea’s trade finance business.

Your future responsibilities
 
You’ll join Trade Finance Customer Service, where we are in the middle of transforming our business to fit the future needs of our customers. We work with the largest international corporate customers in Nordea and want to be the customer's first choice in trade finance globally.  
 
What you’ll be doing:  
 
As a TFCS you actively support customer relationship and high customer satisfaction by handling their Documentary Credit transactions in an efficient way incl. given competent advice and proposing the right solutions for the customers since you understand customer processes and value drivers. You are willing to continuously develop your personal and professional skills and competencies to meet customer demand and reach targets set. As a proactive team member, you focus on continuous improvements and efficient execution of the daily business.

Your profile and background:
 
  • Preferably at least 3 years experience of Documentary Credits. We expect you to be able to work and make decisions independently, also under pressure.  
  • Commercial education and strong communication skills  
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.  
  • A positive attitude with the right focus on always doing your utmost to ensure top performance.  
  • Know the value of creating great customer experiences.  
  • Eager to develop and enable team excellence by being an active team member.
