We are looking for a change
driver with an interest in driving internal development tasks as well as
coordinating and driving larger authority interactions. This is an opportunity
for you to join a fast-growing team with lots of challenges ahead related to
the setup of new ways of working.
Your future responsibilities
Our team is responsible for quality control to achieve
consistency and quality in the approach to regulatory implementations as well
as strategic management and planning of the regulatory portfolio – keeping an
overview of upcoming regulatory requirements, identifying regulatory trends,
supporting a proactive approach to regulatory implementation.
In addition, we are also responsible for authority
management for the 1st line of defence. We are therefore looking for a strong
candidate to support us in driving
internal development tasks as well as coordinating and driving larger authority
interactions. The work includes close cooperation with multiple
stakeholders and units in the Group.

The role is based in Copenhagen, Stockholm or Helsinki or
Oslo.

Your profile and background:
- You are good at creating structure and ensure
that other stakeholders are well informed about their responsibility and
commit to deadlines
- Collaborative personality with high ability in
social interactions
- Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a high degree of
integrity and accountability
- You are positive and have "can-do" attitude
- Strong stakeholder management skills and build relationships as a
natural part of working
- Experienced project manager who have finalized and implemented projects with success
- Delivery oriented and can effectively prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong academic background
- Experience from working with a financial supervisory authority
would be beneficial, but not essential
