We are looking for an experienced CRM professional who wants to shape the way we communicate and engage with our most loyal fans. The CRM Specialist will be part of our fast-growing Marketing team based in Stockholm.
As CRM Specialist you will be responsible for realizing the CRM Strategy for your games designed to engage, grow and retain our fans. We believe you have a good sense for what content works well with your players and how relevant targeting can help improve the user experience and build loyalty through impact.
You will be responsible for creating communication plans that optimize marketing channels such as email, in-game, launcher and forums as well as experimenting and driving innovation through rigorous A/B-testing.
