CRM Specialist i Stockholm

We are looking for an experienced CRM professional who wants to shape the way we communicate and engage with our most loyal fans. The CRM Specialist will be part of our fast-growing Marketing team based in Stockholm.

As CRM Specialist you will be responsible for realizing the CRM Strategy for your games designed to engage, grow and retain our fans. We believe you have a good sense for what content works well with your players and how relevant targeting can help improve the user experience and build loyalty through impact.

You will be responsible for creating communication plans that optimize marketing channels such as email, in-game, launcher and forums as well as experimenting and driving innovation through rigorous A/B-testing.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product marketing teams, identifying opportunities, developing customer lifecycle programs, and ensuring CRM plays a key role in the marketing strategy for your games
  • Develop and execute automated and ad-hoc campaigns across all player touchpoints
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of your activities. Report your progress and learnings and share key insights with various stakeholders. Iterate, improve and optimize
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency with CRM and analytics tools and work together with product owners to develop the toolset to ensure they support your tasks in bringing the best and most relevant experiences to players

 

Requirements

  • A track record of developing and executing customer lifecycle programs
  • An eye for great design and a knack for shaping branded assets to fit multiple contexts without sacrificing brand identity
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Excellent English writing, editing and communication skills
  • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Experience working in the games industry will be considered a strong advantage

Scope: Full time and permanent

Reports to:  Head of Player Services & CRM

Location: This position is based in Stockholm
