Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Cards Customer
Process Management, which is a Nordic unit, responsible for securing control and structure from an
operational and strategic point of view as Application Owner for internal and external Cards
value chain applications and as the business capability owner for Transaction Processing,
Financial Management and Supplier and Partner Management.
What
you´ll be doing:
- Be responsible for leading the development of one or more defined products and/or services within Cards, ensuring activities and prioritization aligned with the bank and business unit strategies and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate actively with Product Management and other disciplines inside and outside Cards and external partner to align priorities
- Drive the work to collect and provide refined backlog content to one or (maximum) two cross-functional product teams, own team backlog, as well as contribute to vision and program/product backlog
- Define iterations and stories, and drive the iterations goals and content via prioritized stories
- Establish story acceptance criteria and accepts stories as done
- Prepare and participate in PI planning together with Product Management
- Engage with relevant stakeholders inside Cards, in Nordea and with external partners

Your
profile and background:
- Relevant business knowledge about card payments
- Lean and agile principles, preferably trained Agile Product Owner
- Driven and result-oriented “doer” with a focus on flow and quality
- Skilled communicator
- Able to facilitate the process and collaborate with a team of diverse members
- Experience with maintaining and prioritizing of backlogs
