Internship as Assistant Buyer at AB Lindex i Göteborg

Job Description

 As an intern as Assistant Buyer, you are part of a team of Buyers, Designers and Garment Technicians at our Design and Purchasing team. You help the Assistant buyer by handling the everyday operations within the purchasing process. This includes administration and follow-up of the order process and deliveries. Example of work tasks: assist the Buyer, Garment Technician and Designer in the sample process, assist in the purchasing process and make it time efficient, cooperate on daily basis with Lindex Production offices.

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Ongoing studies within Textiles/Economics
• An approved internship through your educational program or Arbetsförmedlingen
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: previous experience in retail business

You have a strong interest and knowledge in commercial fashion and you are creative with the ability to take own initiatives. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and changeable environment, you are able to work organized and you are also service minded. Further on, we see that you are efficient in your work, flexible and you are contributing to a positive atmosphere.

The internship is at our Head office in Göteborg, it is fulltime and unpaid. The period should be a minimum of 8 weeks or more. The internship is required to be connected, or a part of an education. The internship starts in June 2019.
