About the job

You will be part of the Enterprise Continuous Delivery team which is responsible for driving the Continuous Delivery initiative across the bank. The team consists of experts with overlapping knowledge within Continuous Delivery.

You'll work across the entire organization with focus on changing the way testing is done, to a modern way based on Continuous Delivery principles. Where fast feedback, shift left testing, static testing and test automation are key parts.

Your work will include activities such as educating and coaching teams, creating test frameworks, working with test processes and strategies, and identifying and driving other changes needed to successfully implement the new way of testing. It will be up to you and the rest of the team to decides what should be done to reach your goals.

What you need to succeed
  • You are very knowledgeable in the concepts of Continuous Delivery and test.
  • You have hands-on experience from test automation and testing tools.
  • You have good communication skills and like to lead, coach and train people and teams.
  • You are self-driven and used to take you own initiatives.
  • You have a can-do spirit with the ability to motivate others.

What you may have worked with previously

A Continuous Delivery coach with test focus is a senior person with extensive experience in test and of driving change and coaching people. You have a background in Software Development and have worked hands-on within all parts of the development process, including continuous delivery and test automation. You can keep a holistic view defining strategies and future ways-of-working, but you are also a hands-on person who can go in and support teams in their daily work.
