Talent Acquisition Partner

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for the ongoing quest to discover talent and building a strong employer brand. This is a new role with plenty of opportunities to develop the role yourself. We believe you are a great storyteller and master communicator. You appreciate the value in processes, but can be flexible in a fast-paced start up environment when needed. You keep updated with current recruitment trends to stay ahead of the curve. We also see that you have a creative approach to problem solving and an agile mindset is a part of your DNA. Finally, you have a broad skill set in Talent Acquisition and can work with both strategic and operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all candidates have an excellent experience in their contact with NA-KD.com
• Own the full cycle recruitment activity, from start to finish in close cooperation with relevant parties.
• Design and implement online and offline employer branding activities
• Be an ambassador for our culture and actively work with recruitment marketing to enhance our employer brand and increase candidate supply
• Find creative ways of attracting, sourcing, identifying and creating a pipeline of great candidates

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years experience in Talent acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or similar
• Proven track record from a similar role
• Competence in how to use analytics and data to improve the recruitment process and the candidate experience
• A positive attitude, honesty, and humility are characteristics we value highly.
• Experience from managing full cycle recruiting to various roles and working with employer branding
