Event Coordinator Internship

Are you someone who doesn't shy away from challenges and loves to problem-solve your way out of situations, no matter how long it takes? Do you have big and bold ideas and the ability to execute them? Then we'd love to talk to you! We are looking for an event coordinator intern who wants to help, support and be part of creating events for NA-KD, no matter how big or small! We need your help when it comes to creating and implementing event ideas, executing them and make sure that all the guests attending have a great time!

YOUR FUTURE:

• Help planning multiple events at once
• Join the sourcing and idea making during the planning of event aspects, involving things such as venue, seating, dining, guest list etc.
• Support the event manager regarding events, and maintaining a good relationship with vendors and venues
• Help with the creation of event proposals that fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline

YOUR SKILLS:

• Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to come up with ideas and have a creative problem-solving mindset
• Fluency in business English, both written and spoken
• A go-getter attitude with a high energy level

YOUR BACKGROUND:

• You are currently studying or already have a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Service Management or equivalent
• Previous experience with events is a bonus but not a must
