Application Specialist with testing skills i Ulrika

The Commerce area is becoming more and more global and is in constant change. Although Swedbank has a leading card acquiring position in Sweden and the Baltics, there are significant opportunities for growth within the E-com channels. The main objective for our unit – Group Commerce BIO (Business Information Office) is to facilitate business with developing new and maintaining existing IT solutions.

You will together with the team maintain the Zaci application. Zaci is an interface between pin pad, cash register and bank. Your main responsibilities will be testing including securing test environment both software, databases and hardware. You will also act as 3rd line support towards customers and partners. Zaci collects card transactions for further processing in Swedbank clearing and settlement systems. You will work close to our external customers and partners. You will have the opportunity to make an impact and create value for coworkers and customers.

Basic IT knowledge such as:

• Basic knowledge of network
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Basic knowledge of hardware and software
• Basic knowledge from 2nd line support
• Experience from testing
• Be able to coordinate different tasks
• Experience from Agile working
• Good with experience of Scrum Master role
• Good knowledge in English both spoken and written
• University degree in IT or equivalent
