Our goal is to give all our interns a great experience. The NA-KD internship shall, amongst other things, provide vast knowledge and valuable contacts that can be used in future careers. Your future

• See HR from the inside in a fast paced environment, and take part in our daily operations
• Be a part of developing and implementing a new intern concept, which will be done by analyzing and further improve the entire experience, starting with the recruitment all the way to off-boarding.

Your skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish, both in speaking and writing.
• Go-getter attitude with a high energy level and ability to come up with new ideas and execute rapidly
• A natural team player with good communication skills.

Your past

• Studying HR, business or similar, bachelor or master, and have a planned internship during your studies.
• Knowledge about Swedish Labour Law
