We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is an expert within all paid digital marketing channels such as SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, Programmatic and more. 

Your future

• Finding new traffic sources to NA-KD.com by working with all digital marketing channels such as affiliate marketing, SEM, Social advertising, Cooperations, e-mail and retention marketing and optimize all our digital marketing effort
• Help develop NA-KD’s promotional calendar on all market
• Actively recruit and diversify your portfolio of publishers and new traffic sources
• Together with our creative team make sure we have the right campaigns and graphical materials in all our channels
• Work with our agency within SEM and also find new agencies within Digital marketing in our top countries
• Daily campaign optimization, including ad performance, user acquisition, targeted segmentation, ad budget/CPA optimization as well as applying continuous Test & Learn methodology

Your Past & Your Skills

• Have 3+ years of experience from Digital Marketing
• You have run several campaigns within Adwords or Facebook on a global scale
• A proven track record where you have increased web traffic and customer acquisition. 
• A relevant education 
• High work ethics and understanding for web traffic acquisition on an international level
• You should be able to communicate and operate both internal and external projects and are awesome at building strong relationships
• Expert in Google analytics, Adwords and/or other tools
• You love numbers and data and have great skills in Excel
• Place a great value on empathy, team spirit and to act as a good team player in both strong growth and workload.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
• Can handle multiple tasks in a fast and always evolving business
• Fluent in English
