Collection Manager

Do you have a background in design with an excellent conceptual mindset? Are you organized, efficient and able to take actions quickly? As our Collection Manager you will translate seasonal trends into product ideas of multiple product categories. From start to finish you will support our design team with concept overviews, print and fabric input before handover to the buying department. If you want to play a vital part of preserving our NA-KD DNA, then we have the next challenge for you! 

Your Future

• Manage our design collections from idea to finished product.
• Using internal and external data insights to make product decisions.
• Managing range plan and developing commercial product ranges that are in line with the NA-KD DNA
• Working closely with buyers and garment technicians to make sure that all samples are made to the correct specifications and standards
• Working with the samples to organize internal collection viewings
• Being part of the Fashion Council to internally influence how the NA-KD brand is perceived by the consumer

Your Skills

• Knowing and understanding several product categories
• Strong commercial understanding for diverse customer behavior 
• Clear understanding of garment production and construction
• Excellent Photoshop/Illustrator knowledge 
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities to achieve deadlines 

Your Past 

• A background in womenswear is essential 
• Be proficient in English
• Have a relevant education
