Business Development Manager

We are currently looking for a dedicated growth-oriented Business Development Manager. You will be a core part of the expansion team and manage new projects and channels independently. 

The expansion team works cross-functionally, which means you will be involved in all aspects of launching new growth opportunities and improving existing processes. Projects that you would manage could include launching a new brand, shaping our go-to-market model for new markets or analyzing growth levers. You will work closely with the company’s Chief Growth Officer and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will gain exceptional insights into our business by driving projects from idea all the way to implementation as well as deep-dive into current processes to deliver incremental improvements. This requires a positive and proactive attitude, as we set out to do what others believe impossible.  

Qualification and prior experience

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, engineering or similar from a top-tier university
  • 2-5 years’ experience from management consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups or similar. Previous experience from retail, marketplaces and e-commerce is an advantage
  • Significant exposure to working in cross-cultural environments
  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in additional European languages is preferred
  • Excellent quantitative skills, used to building financial models and analyzing and acting on large amounts of data
  • Ability to multi-task. You will be running multiple projects at the same time and manage a variety of different work streams.
  • Previous experience in sales, project management and fast-moving entrepreneurial environments is a big advantage in this role.
