Beetroot Academy is looking for an entrepreneurial talent in Stockholm who wants to embark on the journey of bringing Beetroot Academy to the capital of Sweden.

You OWN your work, set your own routines and you love it! It’s hard for you to sit still when something could be done or improved, and you’re terrible at hiding your excitement (why would you, anyway?). You’re a natural-born networker who loves to brainstorm and find ways to collaborate between people and organizations. You see the big picture and understand projects and organizations as a whole, and you have proven it again and again. At the same time, you don’t let details slip away, and you have no trouble staying organized. Your inbox is tidy, you never “forget” to reply to emails, and you always follow up on your commitments.

What you have:

• Proven track record in entrepreneurship, business development, or other forms of project development

• Confident and well-spoken English

• Limitless drive and enthusiasm to bring value to people through your work

• Humility, non-hierarchical and opportunistic worldview

• Outstanding planning, prioritizing, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong intercultural competences

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Have an interest and good understanding of IT

• Experience in remote teamwork

• Previous experience in organizing events

• Experience in finding, interviewing and hiring staff

• A strong network in Stockholm

• The ability to perform several tasks at the same time and cope with large amounts of information

• Great social skills and no fear in approaching people

• A creative and solution-oriented mindset

• An understanding of SMM

What will you do?

• Open, run and manage Beetroot Academy

• Management and development of student, graduate and teacher communities

• Recruit students

• Promote Beetroot Academy

• Establish and maintain partnerships

• Grow the operations in and outside of Stockholm
