Associate within SSA Origination within Debt Capital Markets (DCM) i Malmö

The Investment Banking ("IB") organization consists of several units including Corporate & Institutional Advisory ("CIA"), Financing Group, Credit Markets, Equity Markets. IB products are offered throughout four geographical centers covering Sweden, Norway, Finland and Baltic countries. IB main products include financing and advice towards sovereigns/supranationals/agencies (SSA), financial institutions, private-equity firms and large corporates via bank loans, bond market and equity capital markets.

Your main focus will be on Swedish municipalities where you will be client facing and driving the business forward. In addition, you will support other SSA Origination team members:

• With preparation for client meetings, creating presentations in power point, with a meticulous approach, for primarily the team members
• You will be running excel sheets/databases linked to Bloomberg with all market information
• You should be able to filter information what is important and not for the teams clients

The SSA Origination group works in a high pace environment and strive to give the highest quality advice to our clients. We want to be the group our clients call when they have a question. You will in this group learn a lot about the bond market and how SSA's fund themselves. As member of the origination team you will participate in the full transaction process.

The SSA group should consist of 2 people but works very closely with Swedbank's syndicate desk. You will work in a team with extensive experience in the Origination/Syndicate/Sales areas.

• University degree or equivalent
• 2-3 years of DCM experience or similar
• A highly proficient knowledge of Power-point, Excel, and both the Swedish and English language is mandatory along with excellent written, verbal skills. Bloomberg knowledge is necessary
• Candidate must have a genuine interest in the financial markets
• Must be willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense work environment
• Ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
• Teamwork skills
