Manager Technical Service - Cartonboard i Frövi

We are currently looking for a communicative and experienced Manager Technical Service to join our Product Management Cartonboard team in the Business Area Paperboard.

 

As our next Manager Technical Service Cartonboard, you will be responsible for managing the Technical Service team and support the sales organisation, customers and internal organisation with technical support related to our materials.

Among other tasks, the work includes:

- Responsibility for the operational claim and complaint handling process as well as the development of routines and tools
- Participating in customer meetings and seminars. Support with technical knowledge related to our products and the customer’s converting process
- Responsibility for the customer inquiry handling process and secure that the questions are distributed to the right function and that responses are documented and going back to the customer
- Initiate and perform proactive customer meetings, seminars and presentations in technical subjects
- Education of sales organisation and other related functions in technical matters 
- Actively manage employee performance through appraisals, succession planning, and employee career development and growth with direct reports


The job is located at one of our production units in Sweden, preferably Frövi outside Örebro or at Gruvön outside Karlstad. You will be part of a large international business team and report to Product Management Director Cartonboard. Frequent travelling is expected, domestic and international.

- Master of Science or corresponding competence
- Thorough and in-depth knowledge of: cartonboard products and packaging
- 3-5 years of experience from working in the paper and board or packaging industry
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish both written and spoken.
