Do you have an interest in IT business analysis and strong communication skills? In this role you will work in a small team with driven colleagues. Together you will develop the organization by working with business needs and technology solutions and have contact with various stakeholders. The roleAs an IT Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business needs and translate the needs into requirements on IT services/solutions. Furthermore, you will liaise between the IT department and the Project Manager and facilitate discussions with business representatives to understand priorities and needs in detail.Examples of working tasks:

As an IT Business Analyst you will be the bridge between business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing business needs and translate the needs into requirements on IT services/solutions. Furthermore, you will liaise between the IT department and the Project Manager and facilitate discussions with business representatives to understand priorities and needs in detail.
Examples of working tasks:
· Collect and translate business needs into requirement specification on IT services and solutions, considering both functional and non-functional demands
· Create user stories/process descriptions
· Support testing activities to ensure business needs are met and develop user acceptance test cases related to functional and non-functional requirements
· Validate that business change is complete regarding business process change and organizational change
To succeed in this role we see that you have an academic degree in Computer Science or similar and a strong interest in IT business analysis. You are fluent in English and one of the Scandinavian languages.
As a person, you have strong communication and analytical skills. You understand the business and the challenges that may arise. You are good at searching for information and you are not afraid of asking questions. Furthermore, you have ability to visualize needs and explain a matter to different stakeholders.
· Have done a master or bachelor thesis within business analysis/business architecture
· Have previous working experience within IT and/or customer service
· Have basic experience in software testing (perhaps from your education)
· Have experience in drawing process maps/system maps
