What: * You'll be the first Juni product manager, where you'll work closely with designers, engineers, stakeholders, and the product director. Watch the followingvideo from our Product Director, Jack, to find out more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzR3BbmW0 Responsibilities: In this role you’ll: * Work closely with customers to find their biggest problems * Lead multiple product teams to deliver the best solutions * Strike a balance between features and bugs * Use appropriate product frameworks (e.g. interviews, sketch, prototypes, MVP, usability) * Communicate product delivery to internal stakeholders, and external customers Within 1 month you'll have: * Understood how Juni works * Integrated with your teams * Shipped your first feature Within 3 months you'll have: * Defined your teams’ growth metrics and roadmap * Set up data insights that help your team make better decisions * Shipped many features and fixed critical bugs Within 6 months you'll have: * Delivered against your growth metrics and roadmap (with some bumps along the way) * Grown your teams * Led your teams into our America expansion Benefits: * We are remote first.
