Mojo Patient / Customer Service Advisor i Knivsta

Mojo is a fertility tech start-up which mission is to open up the knowledge about fertility to every man on this planet and simultaneously democratize fertility care by involving AI and robotics technology. Our mission is to help people to get the families they want. To do that, we developed a home semen kit test, where you can start the process of assessing your fertility in the safety and comfort of the clients in your own house. We are a fast-growing and international team that wants to take the company to new heights. As a Patient/Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all mojo sperm assessment customers and play a key role in providing our patients/customers with exceptional customer service, whilst working closely with our internal experts. 

On your everyday duties will:

  • Explain the test results that the patients/customers have received,   
  • Have a helpful and professional approach and will show exceptional patient care at all times, 
  • Ensure that patient calls are performed in a timely manner, and all calls are handled with care and empathy,   
  • Schedule appointments for patients and coordinating appointment lists, and general administration, whilst working closely with teams across the organisation, 
  • Communicate with supportive, scientific, and clinical colleagues when suboptimal results are obtained to ensure that high standards of care are delivered to our clients.

Extra information

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service experience with previous experience of working within a healthcare environment, scientific or medical studies. You will need a basic understanding of medical terminology,   
  • Results-driven individual, with high levels of determination and initiative, 
  • Positive attitude, and driven personality,   
  • Handling high-level customer calls, working in a high pressured, performance-driven environment,   
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to co-ordinate and effectively prioritize a number of conflicting priorities,   
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
