Hi, we are Unveel, part of AppJobs We revolutionize the gig-economy landscape! Founded in 2017, AppJobs have helped millions of people find an app or a digital platform to make money. Along the way, we have become the world's largest community of gig workers. Unveel is on a mission to help workers own and leverage their income and workdata. One platform at a time, Unveel is building the strongest API that connects worker payroll accounts with service providers to unveil income and employment data. It is GDPR-compliant by design and is driven by worker consent. We are looking for someone to lead the product development so that Unveel becomes the leading employment data provider in the market.You will be working day-to-day with a strong technical team and be the sparring partner of our VP of Tech, who leads Unveel as a business unit. Unveel is fully owned and powered by AppJobs, so you will be directly working with the co-founders of AppJobs, too. We have been a remote-first company long before covid and our team members live in 10 countries and counting. This job is an opportunity to join and lead the development of one of the hottest product suites in AppJobs and the Future of Work. Who are we looking for? Unveel is looking for a VP of Product who will own the development of our flagship API product. You will be responsible for: * Leading product discovery by close collaboration with key stakeholders. * Prioritizing work in such a way that will allow us to meet business objectives. * Improving product value by improving use cases, quality and coverage. * Creating and improving processes around integrations of new data sources. * Contributing to the development and shaping of our key results (yes, we use OKRs!). * Bringing creativity to Unveel through customer and market insights. * Keeping an eye at the competitors, making sure we are not behind and ensuring that we follow all the latest trends with our. product offering. * Being on top of Unveel product performance from customer and data perspective: what is happening and why. * (With time) building, leading, growing, developing and motivating high-performing and cross-functional product teams. Who are we looking for exactly? You need to have ownership and passion, as well as a growth mindset. You will be valued and treated as a key member of leadership at AppJobs. Expect a similar responsibility as if you are a startup founder who leads the product development. Let us know, if you are: * An entrepreneurial person with proven digital product leadership experience. * Hands-on doer with getting-things-done mentality. * A person that doesn't need to be told what to do and can drive the product vision and ensure it is delivered successfully. * Experienced in leading product vision and development of a technical b2b product e.g. API-based SaaS solution. * Capable of working in a fast-paced and sometimes a bit chaotic startup environment, a believer in iteration and experimentation. * Generally aware of how programming fundamentals work, and you are comfortable working with development teams on highly technical projects. * Detail oriented and data-driven, so you are interested in tracking results and taking measurement before building opinions. * Able to work both with technical teams (engineering, design, QA) and commercial people (business dev, sales) simultaneously. * Familiar with the tools and frameworks to plan, evaluate, structure and deliver product development and its performance (e.g. OKRs). * Familiar with decision-making frameworks and how to use them.
