PRODUCT MANAGEMENT AT A CONSUMER APP COMPANY ENTERING HYPER-GROWTH You know those early days that everyone always says were the best? Well then this could be the chance you've been looking for! There are nearly 1.2 billion young people (aged 15-24) in the world. 1 billion of them want an extra job. We decided to help them take the step and started building Yepstr, the platform for Yeps - Young Entrepreneurs Today, Yepstr is Sweden's largest platform for simple and safe teenage-jobs like babysitting, tutoring and dog-minding. Our team is growing rapidly and we are now looking for a Senior Product Manager As our Senior Product Manager you will guide our product team, through working with your two designers our CTO and our team of six developers. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure we have a clear product vision and an in-depth understanding of our users. We are therefore looking for a candidate with a background in understanding users - whether from a marketing-, branding-, commercial- or UX perspective. Responsibilities * Lead the Product team * Plan and conduct user research * Analyze our user data * Hold workshops with the team to share insights and align * Prioritize the product roadmap * Evaluate the impact of implemented features We are looking for someone who ... * Has 3+ years of PM / PO experience working with a consumer app (e.g. game companies like King, Rovio or utilities like Spotify, Klarna, Avanza, Voi etc.) * Has 1+ years in a role or project heavily related to understanding customers / users (for example marketing, branding, UX etc.) * Has a degree in an analytical field or has worked hands-on with analyzing user data * Is hands-on, wants to understand what is really going on under the hood * Enjoys bringing people together in discussions and enjoys holding workshops * Has experience in leading or working with designers * Is self-driven and passionate about their work * Likes people and having fun along the way Big plus if you have any of these... * Previous experience in any of the following fields: staffing, recruiting, household services, babysitting, tutoring, dog-minding, or services for families * Experience in product analytics tools for example: ProductBoard, Mixpanel, Intercom, Airship About Yepstr We have four values at Yepstr.
