We are looking for a Coach for Customer Service, on a fixed term, to support Managers within Customer Service in developing and training our employees.
As a coach you will Analyze, develop and improve working processes within the order to cash process to find the most efficient way of working. Secure. training programs and develop standardised processes to support our Customer Service staff in providing first-class customer service.
The position reports to Manager Customer Service Sack & Kraft Paper Europe. The position is located on any of BillerudKorsnäs sites in Sweden (Gävle, Karlsborg, Gruvön, Skärblacka, Solna or Frövi). Or at any of our offices in Europe.
To succeed in the position as Coach Customer Service, we want you to have:
As a person, you are structured, analytical and have strong communication skills. You have a proven ability to deliver with quality and on time. You also have good collaborative skills and ability to see and understand the context between daily tasks and strategy.
