As Head of Product and Data you will be responsible for setting and managing the delivery och proactive analysis to all national marketing managers within Miss Group worldwide. To be able to take correct actions regarding existing product and to identify the demand for new products, your ingenuity in producing statistics and suggestions in a simple but precise way is key. You will be the analytical expert within the marketing team and a supporting function for each region to ensure that all campaigns are designed with the right product features and data metrics from the get-go. As work progress, you will continuously evaluate current product offerings in order to increase total sales, product margins and customer retention. In short, actively contribute to a culture of continuous KPI improvement across the group.

Din profil
To be successful in this position we believe you have a degree in Business, Marketing or Economics or have other equivalent qualifications. Furthermore you have experience in an analytical role at a multi-region company, experience from product marketing, product management or equivalent. You have worked with and have been influencing departments like Tech, Sales, Marketing. You have a strong business sense, excellent analytical track record and since you will be located in Sweden, but working toward Miss Groups international offices, you re fluent in English and Swedish.

You are a leader with natural authority. A team player and a highly effective communicator who can contribute to the business in a wide variety of ways, both pro-active and hands-on. You have a creative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving, enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly iterating Sales driven environment. Miss Groups results driven orientation and ability to work with short deadlines comes naturally to you.
