What are you going to do:

Are you an energetic and outgoing person with a natural flair for service? We are looking for a responsible Sales & Office Coordinator / Student to strengthen our Team in Stockholm. 

To our Stockholm office in Vasastan, we are looking for a service-oriented person with good administrative skills and excellent outgoing communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face. You are fluent in both Swedish and English. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; and have an interest in developing yourself in your role. We want to see that you are self-motivated, show enthusiasm for your area of responsibility, and feel great responsibility of your work and towards your colleagues. This is a part time position (10-15h per week) and you will be located at our office in central Stockholm interspersed with remote work. If Sofigate is a mutual match the possibility to continue as a consultant after graduation will be offered. 

Key Responsibilities 
You are the key player that your colleagues turn to for accessing existing information about office support and services, accesses, or other services. The role includes supporting in office management-related tasks for the office to be a place where we all want to meet. This means, for example, to be the contact and contract responsible for suppliers, support around internal events and guiding new employees. In our Nordic organization, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.  

Your job is to work closely with our management team and our consultants by taking great ownership of your contribution around documentation, information gathering, sales administration and logistics. You will also be able to utilize our network of more than 600 colleagues and learn what’s it like to work in a unique environment surrounded by innovative people with an entrepreneur drive. No day will be the same!  
 

Experience & attributes 
We believe that a university education (complete or started) is relevant as it provides a baseline for understanding our business as well as experience of information processing, project work and quality awareness. Of course, you may have acquired such skills in another way, so it is up to you to tell us about your background. To do yourself justice in this role, we think that you are energic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats.  
 

Main tasks are:  

  • Vendor management 
  • Manage the daily facility and work environment, both physically and socially
  • Participate in internal sales meetings and support around administration 
  • Responsible for partners related to the office
  • Help with organizing events, workshops etc 
  • Ensure that our office is kept tidy and presentable
