We are looking for you who is passionate about service and wants to be part of our Lobby / Reception team in the unique office of our client, a global tech company in the vibrant city center of Stockholm. We are now looking to recruit a Lobby Host/ Office Receptionist to ensure the best experience for our internal and external guests.

Your role

• Proactively create a welcoming feeling as a first impression to the office.
• Fully take responsibility for routines and processes to develop the best Customer Experience
• Preregistration of guests and other daily operational tasks
• Coordinate mail, shipping, and courier services. Badge and locker handling etc.
• Security and Fire & Life routines

Are you up for the challenge?

• Previous experience in similar role and relevant education.
• Professional, extremely well organized and a creative problem solver, and cool under pressure
• Tech savvy and interested in new solutions
• Customer focused with attention to detail and passion for service
• Proactive, flexible, dedicated
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communicator verbally and in writing
• Self-managed, embracing own initiatives
• Solid computer and systems knowledge
• Bold and dare to deliver to the next level, to exceed all expectations
• Sharing our values of creating a sustainable and inclusive environment
• Fluent in Swedish & English
