Do you want to be a key player in building the interior brand H&M HOME as our new E-commerce Manager?
H&M Home is a brand within the New Business Group at H&M that currently consists of six separate brands: COS, & Other Stories, H&M Home, Monki, Weekday and Cheap Monday. Each brand sets their own vision, goals and strategies to ensure growth and profitability through colleagues, best customer experience, offering, efficiency and expansion. H&M Home was started in 2009 and is currently present on 42 markets through 250 shop-in-shops and on 23 markets online at hm.com. We see great potential for the brand to become a strong player in the global interior industry and are therefore investing in further developing the brand and building the organization.
The position as E-commerce Manager is based in Stockholm, Sweden
Assignment: Optimize and maximize current on-line selling as well as develop and implement the vision for our future E-commerce experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform deep analysis of our current on-line selling and traffic to identify key success factors and potentials
- Use the learnings to set goals, strategies and priorities to support everyone working with our e-commerce in maximizing selling
- Develop, set and drive vision, goals and strategies for our future e-commerce experience, all parts from platform and web design to digital merchandizing
- Continuously monitor upcoming trends and developments for retail e-commerce and take actions accordingly

Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or equiv.
- Experience from retail - store/e-commerce/omni channel.
- Preferably experience from leading teams working with selling and/or end customer
