Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology (SMRT) is a leading supplier of equipment and tools, services, support and technical solutions for the mining industry and niches such as quarrying, tunneling, demolition and dimensional stone. We currently have several Customer Support Centers around the world that provide sales support and customer service to all SMRT customers. We are now in the process of building up another Customer Support Center (CSC) that will be located in Järfälla, Stockholm. To the new CSC in Järfälla, to where we will relocate our current internal sales operations from Sweden, Norway and the UK, we are now looking for a Norwegian speaking Customer Sales Support Representative to join our new team. This is an exciting team to work in, where we will provide best in class customer service to our customers within sales area Northern Europe. Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Support Representative, you identify and follow up on opportunities that can be converted into sales, actively promoting and selling parts, tools and service to support customers in alignment with their needs. You initiate proactive calls to understand the customers fleet status, concerns and opportunities, manage proactive backorders and ensure that customer orders are processed accordingly and in a timely manner. You support our customers via phone and email, and where required, you also visit our customers on site or meet with them at our office.

Furthermore, you handle general system and process administration, including data error management, and ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with Sandvik’s core values and current policies and procedures.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or the equivalent, as well as experience from working in customer service, preferably using phone and email as tools of communication. You have good computer skills, where experience of ERP-systems and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is an advantage. Since we will be supporting our customers in Sweden, Norway, Ireland and UK, it is imperative that you have fluent skills in English and Norwegian, although it is a plus if you master Swedish as well.
