McDonald’s HQ is looking for a data driven Business Analyst Stockholm

As a Business Analyst you are expected to provide actionable insights to develop our business and enhance the customer experience at our restaurants. This position provides fact based decision support through quantitative analysis and skillful reporting. The position reports to the Consumer & Business Insights Manager.

As a Business Analyst you will

- Perform quantitative analysis to evaluate how initiatives impact business and customer experience.

- Report on KPI performance to multiple functions and stakeholders in the business.

- Create new reports and dashboards, including automation of current processes and data streams.

- Partner with our Digital Marketing team to develop and optimize CRM, app activities and digital touchpoints.

- Be responsible for maintenance and development of our data bases.

- Participate in the daily work of the Consumer & Business Insights team, with the goal to develop an understanding of our guests, marketplace, competitors, and emerging trends.

Qualifications

- You have a university degree within business, economics, engineering or statistics.

- We believe that you have 1-2 years’ of relevant work experience, including practical experience of quantitative analysis and programming (preferably SQL).

- You are skilled in tools such as Excel, VBA and PowerPoint. Google Analytics is a plus.

- You are interested in business and technology, with a good knowledge of e-commerce, mobile apps and digital marketing.

- You are fluent in both English and Swedish.

- Experience from B2C industry is appreciated, especially restaurants, hospitality or retail industries.

You have an analytical approach, enjoy working with numbers and problem solving through quantitative studies. The right candidate is eager to learn new tools and methodologies, to find and communicate complex answers in a clear, simple manner. You need to enjoy working in a changing environment, working towards deadlines and bringing forward your own ideas.

This is a full-time employment starting with a 6 month probationary contract. McDonald’s HQ is located in Skärholmen, Stockholm.
