Are you an energetic person who's passion is to create excellent customer experiences? We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with our Nordic market! The location of work is our Stockholm office.

Arbetsbeskrivning:

In this role, you are the main point of contact for our customers after the initial sale. Your main task is to coach our solution provider clients participating in our high quality invitation-only events. The role is sales driven, since CSM-function is an extension of our sales organization with main purpose to retain customers. Customer Success Managers are the voice of the customers within Management Events. In your role, you look at every customer interaction as an opportunity to help generate sales. A happy customer is a recurring customer!

  • Cooperate closely with the sales department to increase customer lifetime value (cross-selling, up-selling, portfolio sales)
  • Build personalized relationships with customers through various channels (F2F, Social Media, Event Execution, phone and email)
  • Coach and motivate our customers to use our online tool
  • Communicate our event concept to customers, and illustrate the value created by using our services

Vad vi ber om:

  • Fluent Swedish and English language skills
  • Previous experience in B2B-field is a great advantage!
  • Genuine "can-do" attitude and superb customer service skills on the phone and face-to-face
  • Couple of years of relevant work experience within sales, account management or other customer facing role
  • Excellent time management and problem solving skills
  • The ability to see the bigger picture as well as the smaller details at all times
