THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for an IT Developer to take an active role in shaping our ERP‑centric ecosystem. You’ll work hands‑on across ERP, POS, and integrations, building solutions that are business‑critical and used every day across stores, e‑commerce, and internal operations.

You’ll work close to the business, close to the data, and close to real challenges—owning everything from development and integrations to troubleshooting and release quality. Your work has clear impact, and you see how what you build performs in practice.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop solutions within ERP environments and integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects with clear focus on business impact
• Plan, coordinate, and lead testing activities for releases
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and release checklists
• Ensure traceability from requirements through to release
• Document technical solutions, system flows, and user guidance

• Solid experience in C# and integration development
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL
• Proven ability to troubleshoot using logs and data
• Skilled in producing clear, structured technical documentation
• Experience working with tools such as Visual Studio, Git, SSMS, and Azure
• Experience leveraging the latest AI tools while continuously developing and applying your skill set to drive results.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

OTHER INFORMATION

You will report to a Senior Developer and work closely with both tech and business stakeholders. Experience from retail, ERP‑adjacent development, testing processes, or interest in AI tools is considered a plus.
