Btwentyfour is growing internationally and are hiring customer support staff with special language skills to meet the needs of our international customers. We are looking for ambitious individuals who are service minded, have experience from customer support role, like technical challenges and would like to provide a high level of customer service. You will be working in a technical support role where you will communicate with our customers via phone and email. You will also be expected to troubleshoot technical issues and try to solve them. Our customers work in retail and in order to help and support them it´s important that you understand the retail business.
We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, confident and driven to support our customers, who are suppliers and retailers located all around the world.
You are an ambitious, service-oriented team player who would like to join our international team. You should enjoy digging into and solving technical problems.
You have a genuine interest in ensuring that the customer gets the help they need and you understand the importance of working with your colleagues. For you, it will be natural to ask supplementary questions both to the customer and internally, all to ensure first-class service.
We are specifically interested in people who speak Swedish and English fluently as well as any of the following languages:

Preferably you have previous experience of working in the retail business with order and invoice management via EDI and understanding how different IT systems integrate with each other.
