Cash Management Sales & Advisory is a part of Group Cash Management and is responsible for advising to all corporate client segments in liquidity management and payments. You will work in a team with a strong focus on efficient business solutions driven by the needs of our customers in our home markets and geographies where we cover corporate banking.
Our team aims to deliver excellent cash management services with a client-centric approach. Our main challenge is to continue delivering quality services within an ever changing cash management environment during the period when we need to focus and prioritise future development of the bank staying relevant to our clients long term.

Your role as a Cash Management Advisor is to be a trusted banking partner, understanding the needs of our clients and creating value for their businesses. You have the mandate and the overall responsibility to develop and drive existing business and new opportunities together with client executives and other colleagues throughout the Swedbank network. Develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to grow Cash Management portfolio revenues and maintain business. Expand and increase product penetration and prospecting within a defined client portfolio and geography, measured by income and activity level as well as contribution to portfolio/team work.

You have the responsibility to develop and drive existing business and new opportunities through CMA, client executives, branch offices and other colleagues within the entire Swedbank network. Develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders in order to grow Cash Management portfolio revenues and maintain business. You have very deep knowledge of CM products and clients needs. You will support client executives, advisors, branch offices and Saving banks with CM business knowledge and expertise. Dedicated CM specialists will drive complex client implementations in each region, acting as a SPOE internally and externally, ensuring delivery to the client and correct set up at the bank.

We expect you to have:

• At least bachelor or equivalent in Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Cash Management experience from a bank (client coverage, CM sales or support functions), corporate treasury or consultancy firm
• Deep knowledge of Swedbank cash management products and clients is an advantage.
• Proven successful track record of and/or a passion for sales (CMA)
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and service minded
