With everything moving faster Continuous Delivery is a cornerstone in any IT development organization and the way to bring new services and products faster to the market.

You will be part of the Enterprise Continuous Delivery team which is responsible for driving the CD initiative across the bank. The team consists of experts with in the area of Continuous Delivery.

As a Continuous Delivery coach your major responsibility will be to educate, support and drive changes, related to Continuous Delivery, across the organization. A special focus will be on test strategy related questions such as test automation, test data and test environment, but you will also be involved in other activities such as planning and strategic work with the rest of the team.

• You are very knowledgeable in the concepts of Continuous Delivery and test automation.
• You have good communication skills and like to lead, coach and train people and teams.
• You are self-driven and used to take your own initiatives.
• You have a can-do spirit with the ability to motivate others.
• You have a degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
  
  

A Continuous Delivery coach is a senior person with extensive experience in Software development and of driving change in a coaching role.

You have a background in Software Development and have worked hands-on within all parts of the development process, including continuous delivery and test automation. You can keep a holistic view defining strategies and future ways-of-working but you are also a hands-on person who can go in and support the teams in their daily work.

In this position you will get high visibility in the organization. You will work across the bank and be part of leading the Continuous Delivery journey. It is a great opportunity to get to know all aspects of the bank which will open up for fast personal development as well as carrier advancements to even more senior positions/managerial roles.
